Verhuis- en intrekschoonmaakMove-out and move-in clean
A move clean is an empty or nearly empty home. We do the inside of cupboards, skirtings, doors, the bathroom, the kitchen inside and out, and the floors. Fridge and oven are included when they are empty, off and cool.
Zes uur maal €39 valt daarin. This example uses six hours for an empty one-bedroom apartment. Dutch project bands for move cleans in 2026 often sit between €180 and €350. Bulky waste, furniture and a trip to the civic amenity site are not cleaning. That time and any municipal fee sit apart.
